Meet The Team

Leland Stillman, MD

Dr. Leland Stillman is a board-certified physician specializing in natural and functional medicine. Combining advanced diagnostics with time-tested healing practices, he addresses the root causes of illness to restore health, not just treat symptoms. Dr. Stillman’s holistic approach is highly personalized, focusing on diet, lifestyle, environment, and mindset to help patients achieve lasting wellness.

Inspired by his own health challenges and disillusionment with mainstream medicine's focus on treatments over cures, Dr. Stillman studied medicine at the University of Virginia and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Maine Medical Center. Today, he works with patients worldwide, empowering them to take control of their health and live their best lives. His philosophy, drawn from Hippocrates, is simple: “The greatest medicine of all is teaching people how not to need it”

Kathleen Horstmeyer, TQW Team Manager

Kathleen Horstmeyer, B.S. in Blood Flow Physics and Diagnostic Medicine, launched her career under vascular diagnostics pioneer Dr. Eugene Strandness.

She advanced her research at Scripps Clinic and served 25 years as Director of Diagnostics for a major hospital network, where she trained physicians worldwide in top-tier vascular care.

Driven by a passion for holistic wellness, she earned board certification in Naturopathy and co-founded a Natural Medicine Retreat Center with her husband, integrating their shared vision of natural healing.

Now, as Director of Accreditation at the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology, she co-leads Team Quantum Wellness with Dr. Leland Stillman, bringing her expertise to the forefront of innovative health.
